Back to School!!
Abacus, and age old calculation tool kept for display took me back decades, the first slate I used had this abacus embedded, was glad to see this still being used in some schools to introduce kids to calculations making math’s a friendly affair!!

I never had an abacus in school...something I missed...maybe my math would be better today if I had!

Rajesh, I don't think your numbers are adding up correctly ....
I agree with you. Math can and should be made a friendly affair...and what is more fun that calculating with your mind - working out problems?
We do not use these tools, for which we are the poorer, I think.
I have never actually seen an abacus actually used anywhere!
