Dosa artisans…

Making Dosa is an art, and quite a few had made it a point to master that in the city. Perhaps the street food vendors top the charts for faster, consistant yet tastier varieties..

How different is dosa from chapati? I've had chapati many times, but never dosa.

Hilda, They are different as chapattis are made from wheat flour whereas dosa’s use rice flour ( partly fermented) ….

Asha, I am becoming addicted to this place and been visiting almost twice a month ….
