Heard much about Bangalore's IT role. No disrespect to any of the workers there, but it also the epicentre of tthe most annoying call centres in the universe - you know the companies that INSIST on ringing you just as you sit down for dinner at night. Source of much frustration (and ugly racism too, it has to be said) from people who are called! I just hang up. No time for cold-calling! But no reason to be rude to people doing it for a living either.
